True story – twenty years ago I wanted to get the newly released original Xbox, but my girlfriend of the time was against it. She wanted me to stop playing video games entirely and be more of an adult. I bought an Xbox anyway, and seven months later I dumped her crazy ass. Best two decisions I ever made.

So seeing the Xbox website go retro is pretty cool. Fills me full of nostalgia of simpler times, the birth of a brand that I have become a fan of, and was the genesis of me getting out of a toxic relationship.
