Nintendo will Not Show Any New Hardware During E3

This is all you get.

Okay, so technically speaking, Nintendo does not have an official presence at E3, but they do tend to have a more beefy Nintendo Direct where they showcase some exciting stuff. By exciting stuff, I mean hot and moist new hardware.

Bloomberg already reported that a more powerful iteration of the Nintendo Switch has been pushed out indefinitely, and that the company is fully committed now on a cheaper, more portable, and perhaps more kid-friendly version. Well I hope you weren’t expecting to see that at E3.
A Nintendo representative has confirmed via Bloomberg:

“As a general rule, we’re always working on new hardware and we will announce it when we are able to sell it… But we have no plans to announce that at this year’s E3 in June.”

So take that for what its worth. Will it not be at E3, but at a Nintendo Direct?

In the end, Nintendo does what it wants and it doesn’t give a shit.
